Service Facilities

The Residence offers a full complement of service facilities:

In addition there are facilities for conferences and group meetings for up to 150 persons (prices on request).

Standard Student Rooms

Accommodation is available in 7 / 8 bedroom town houses. Each House is equipped with 5 bathrooms, kitchen and dining facilities. Bedrooms all have a wash hand basin with hot and cold water. Each of the bedrooms can be shared by two persons or contracted on single room occupancy.

Post Graduate Student Rooms

Accommodation is available in 3 bedroom apartments. All bedrooms having a private bathroom. Each Apartment is equipped with kitchen and dining facilities. Each of the bedrooms can be shared by two persons or contracted on single room occupancy.

Postgraduate bedrooms are provided with foldaway beds. This gives the occupant the option of putting away beds during the day thus maximising the room space available for studying or just to chill out.

These rooms are also available to all fulltime and exchange students who wish to upgrade.

The Chalet

A two-bedroom villa situated within the University Residence parkland. It is very secluded and private and enjoys the use of its own private pool. The Chalet is fully air-conditioned and both double bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom can be set up with an extra bed thus can sleep up to 6 persons. The Chalet has a fully equipped kitchen and a living area having cable TV. (Only available on short stay.)

De Luxe Apartments

Well-appointed one-bedroom apartments, comprising double bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. The apartments are air-conditioned and are served with full cable television service. (Only available on short stay)

Superior Apartments

One bedroom apartments, comprising a double bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living area. Bedroom is air-conditioned and basic cable television is provided. (Only available on short stay.)

The Farm Houses

Original rural 200 year old farmhouse restored and converted into one bedroom apartments, all surrounding a central courtyard. These rustic apartments all enjoy the use of a private pool. Each apartment comprises one double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen / living area.
